Initially, it took 31 days to arrive when they promised 5 to 9 days. This has been the worst purchase I've ever made. The item is cheap, flimsy, and ineffective, even when sitting directly beneath it. It's utterly worthless; my old fan outperforms it. I was misled by positive reviews claiming it cools a room, which turned out to be false. Don't waste your money—it's completely disappointing. When I attempted to reach out for support, the site I found was nonexistent.
