First of all the dog looks/acts nothing like advertised, anyone who would mistake this for a real dog needs to get their eyes checked as they definitely can not see! There is a round metal plate that has no purpose that I can tell that came with it. (?) There was no remote control with it either. Nothing but the little bitty dog that just goes around barking like crazy! I am very disappointed as it looked so cute when advertised on the television. I could not even get a full refund on the one I got, and you even sent me another one that I did not order! I’m thinking BBA hasn’t been contacted about this or there would be no more dogs sold!
