We ordered a recliner and when it reclines or put back in the upright position there is a loud clunking sound along with a thump to put the recliner in position. I contacted the company they requested me to pack the chair in the box and send the picture. I did so and the box has been sitting in my living room for 4 days. The company has been offering me money to keep the chair instead of sending me a return label and giving me my full refund. I did check and it would cost over $500 for me to pay for shipping. The chair is defective and we are entitled to a full refund and a shipping label should be supplied from the company. The time difference is an extreme hassel for calling and sending emails. When I email the reply comes early in the morning around 3 am. I would never purchase anything from this company again. The Texas address is deceiving, and on the box it says made in China. I really thought the chair was coming from Texas. I have never had a horrible experience like this. I am still waiting and is currently out of around $900. I bought an expensive chair because I wanted quality. My husband does sleep in a recliner for his back and knees. He will have another surgery and we were getting another recĺiner, because after 12 years his recliner was needing to be replaced. When we received the box with the new recliner we took the old one to the dump. Since the new one is defective it has been rough and difficult for my husband to sleep.It is the weekend, so we have to wait to hear from my last email. Calling on the phone does not work at all.
