Don't do business with Asjmreye!

These chairs are awful! Not worth the money and the "support" and "service" departments are useless. Within 2 weeks of receiving our order (on December 11, 2022) of 2 chairs (Infinite Position Lift Recliner Chair W/ Massage and Heating, Power by Dual Motor, Real Leather) one chair would only move up in the lift to stand position, it wouldn't return down and therefore neither would the leg rest go up. I've spent 7 weeks exchanging 30+ emails with this company trying to get a refund and return the chairs. Each time they want me, the customer, to perform a quality fix to the chair and want to send me replacement components to try and "fix" their poor quality products. I'm older and disabled, as I assume most customers would be that want this type of expensive chair. I have assembled or tried to assemble each chair 4 times per their instructions, taken components off of their product. Been asked to accept a work around that would lessen the functionally of the chair (if you use their remote, there won't be power to the switch with the USB port). Always being asked to take pictures and videos while trying to work with these heavy components. When I finally relented and accepted replacement bases to the chairs, instead of a full refund, the replacement bases had stanchions too wide to assemble to the chair backs that I had. They wanted me to "break" (their actual word in the email) the stanchion to make it fit. In subsequent emails they said the stanchion was "elastic". These are supposed to be heavy duty rated chairs!?! This company is awful. Their products are poorly made and designed and basically junk. Just don't buy from them and save yourself money, time and frustration!!!! I would give negative 100 stars if I could, and I'm complaining to Better Business Bureau later today.Awful!
