my original license key, which i activated on this laptop running windows 10, will not work now that i have upgraded to windows 11. it reads, 'invalid license key please try again'! this issue still is not resolved, and I still need help protecting my laptop by using your product. i expect you may fix this without my needing to resubscribe for 38.00 per month...
