At first I was unhappy. Was sent to this site by brother sewing site to get help with my machine. Said it would cost $1 which could be refunded. I was charged $39 to my card. Kate put thru a request for a refund. She still offered to help me with my problem. She was very patient. The solution was a small cleaning issue that she led me to. Turned into a positive experience.
