Currently going through a 12 hour long outage, no resolution whatsoever in sight thus far, in a "luxury" uni student accommodation with hundreds of others students.Also just want to point out that their rating on Google maps is 2.1, also when pointing out the above as a reflection as to what to expect of their services they thought it would be appropriate to flag my review as defamatory content, while also leaving a reply on my review very clearly not in anyway denying any of my review from being innacurate but effectively affirming it, which seems to me like an inappropriate use of the tools from the trust pilot website in a desire to censor my review.
