Review Time
Currently going through a 12 hour long outage, no resolution whatsoever in sight thus far, in a "luxury" uni student accommodation with hundreds of others students.
Also just want to point out that their rating on Google maps is 2.1, also when pointing out the above as a reflection as to what to expect of their services they thought it would be appropriate to flag my review as defamatory content, while also leaving a reply on my review very clearly not in anyway denying any of my review from being innacurate but effectively affirming it, which seems to me like an inappropriate use of the tools from the trust pilot website in a desire to censor my review.

There was a bad wifi glitch that has been going on for a very long time 3 weeks It took some time to address my situation and to get a solution some engineering team were not so helpful saying we cannot contact further more but today they have finally contacted the technical team and reseted the wifi to deal with the glitches!
I am extremely pleased with the service from ASK wireless engineer Daniel B. He was friendly, patient, and meticulously addressed all my questions. As an international student, I am especially grateful for his supportive and encouraging attitude, which made me feel welcomed and assisted. His service was outstanding, and I truly respect his help.
