First and foremost, I called in and was basically told that there's nothing I can have done about my particular issue. Which I believe was incorrect by all states of matter. But these people are supposed to be the professional, not me. Next, after realizing that they were still charging my card. I went and canceled service within minutes of being charged. In requested, a polite refund in which I was told f*** off. I would never spend money at a place. That wouldn't give a refund for an improper charge. Which is incredibly fishy. So I would recommend that you guys don't either
I mean, they're really gonna raise hell over $65. Which means nothing to them but could be the difference of eating and not eating for me
