Revised this review because of Just Answer's deceptive trade practices. I paid $5 but they charged me a membership fee of $60. Imagine my alarm to see a charge of $65 which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.
Bank of America is familiar with Just Answer and reversed the charges, on my behalf.
DO NOT USE JUST ANSWER. It IS a SCAM.

I would give a zero star if I could. After I submitted my legal questions. It took almost a week for someone to contact me and when they did I was told that they could not answer my questions because they were not a lawyer. They would have someone call me that could answer my questions. That never happened!!! I was lead to believe I was only going to be charged $2 to see if I had a case. They then charged me $46 which turned out to be a subscription they hit my card for another $46. And still have not received any services. So I really had to search on how to cancel and they charged me a cancellation fee of $26. Waste money, waste of time, someone needs to sue them. SCAM SCAM
First and foremost, I called in and was basically told that there's nothing I can have done about my particular issue. Which I believe was incorrect by all states of matter. But these people are supposed to be the professional, not me. Next, after realizing that they were still charging my card. I went and canceled service within minutes of being charged. In requested, a polite refund in which I was told f*** off. I would never spend money at a place. That wouldn't give a refund for an improper charge. Which is incredibly fishy. So I would recommend that you guys don't either
I mean, they're really gonna raise hell over $65. Which means nothing to them but could be the difference of eating and not eating for me
The information I received and passed on to my son is what helped him take action on his situation. He hired a lawyer that is having the perpetrator arrested and getting blood samples for paternity issue. When you know what is needed you can deal with the issue and not feel helpless.

I appreciate the 'free' advice while I'm nearly broke, but it's misleading to enter the chat thinking it will cost $5 only to find out later that I owe $60! Honesty upfront would be better than expecting customers to search for fine print elsewhere on the site.
