I have ordered jewellery before from Ask & Embla and had a fabulous experience. Second time around not so lucky…I ordered earrings as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I waited 4 weeks and they had still not arrived. I then received an email in my spam folder advising that they had been held at a local post office, and were being returned to sender.Ask & Embla service reps were super friendly. Then I was advised I could pay an additional $US25 to have it sent back to me via secure shipping.I advised I would prefer a refund, so i could purchase earrings from somewhere else for my daughter. Apparently they don’t refund.Super upset and bitterly disappointed.
