Absolute stunning pieces and THE BEST customer service ever. I bought a ring in May 2025 and normally I don’t wear rings with stone since I don’t take my jewelry off and keep them on at all time until I wanna change the piece or style but the piece was so pretty I didn’t care and bought it anyway. The Stone fell off recently so I contacted the support team and I wasn’t really expecting much because I wasn’t sure if there’s a manufacturer warranty on it or if there was one, but it’s already expired. I got a response back in minutes lol like I barely finished blinking and they replied. They ask if I wanted a gift card or a replacement so I picked the gift card since I checked their website and see the new collection and wanted something that doesn’t have a Stone because I want to wear my jewelry every day without worrying about losing the stone again. 100 out of 10 experience with the brand.

I ordered earrings for my daughter as a Christmas present. They were initially shipped but not received and then returned to the sender. Thanks to the fantastic support from the Customer Service Manager, they were promptly reshipped via DHL, and I just received them today. I truly appreciate all the effort; your outstanding service has made a huge difference. You have no idea how delighted I am. My daughter is going to love the earrings. I had previously ordered jewellery and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, my second order was quite different. I purchased earrings as a Christmas gift for my daughter and waited four weeks without receiving them. I later found an email in my spam folder stating that they were held at a local post office and were being returned. The representatives were very friendly, but I was told I could pay an additional amount for secure shipping to get them back. I requested a refund instead, so I could buy earrings elsewhere for my daughter, but it seems they do not offer refunds. I am extremely upset and deeply disappointed.
I have ordered jewellery before from Ask & Embla and had a fabulous experience. Second time around not so lucky…I ordered earrings as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I then received an email in my spam folder advising that they had been held at a local post office, and were being returned to sender.Ask & Embla service reps were super friendly. Then I was advised I could pay an additional $US25 to have it sent back to me via secure shipping.I advised I would prefer a refund, so i could purchase earrings from somewhere else for my daughter. Apparently they don’t refund.Super upset and bitterly disappointed.
I recently made a purchase from this company for the first time. I really love all of the jewelry designs and was very pleased with everything I ordered. It wasn’t until I went to wear my new chain dungeon hangers that I realized I had a bit of a defect on one of them- it wasn’t staying closed. I messaged customer service and received a very speedy reply. I sent a quick photo and video of the defective hanger and they offered to send a new pair free of charge and shipping! Excellent customer service. Although I got a defective pair my first order it will not deter me from ordering again or recommending to others. I also ordered a few septum rings that I am very happy with! Thank you again to the representatives (Lisa & Mary) who helped me today 🖤
I bought the Orbit Ear Cuff in 925 silver (order #399732), and unfortunately it stains my ear in a dark, almost black color after wearing it for a short time. I’ve worn real 925 silver for years and never had such a reaction.This doesn’t feel like genuine 925 silver quality, and I’m disappointed.
First time ordering from this company. Had a positive overall experience! Got a bunch of items on black friday deals, all arrived fast, well packaged and well presented. The quality is great for the discounted price I paid. About on par with expectations. Very happy with how all the items look and feel in comparison to other similar jewellery I've bought from other stores in the past. Will be wearing these daily for a good long while! My only issue was that one of the earrings I bought was very slightly misshapen. Barely even noticeable. A minor inconvenience. But my disappointment led me to leave a 3 star review on that particular product. Shortly after my review I was contacted by customer services with an apology and an offer to either refund the earrings or send me a second pair. I chose to take a second pair. Within about 2 hours of me leaving my 3 star review I had been contacted, apologised to, offered a choice of solutions and then given an order confirmation of the replacement pair being processed. Never in all my years of ordering products and leaving reviews have I received such prompt and exemplary customer service. My issue was immediately rectified and I was made to feel valued. Absolutely splendid experience. Definitely recommend!
