I had previously ordered jewellery and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, my second order was quite different. I purchased earrings as a Christmas gift for my daughter and waited four weeks without receiving them. I later found an email in my spam folder stating that they were held at a local post office and were being returned. The representatives were very friendly, but I was told I could pay an additional amount for secure shipping to get them back. I requested a refund instead, so I could buy earrings elsewhere for my daughter, but it seems they do not offer refunds. I am extremely upset and deeply disappointed.
