Initially, they claimed I only needed to pay $5, promising an answer on my inquiry. What they failed to mention was that they would charge me $28 every month. I attempted to cancel my subscription, but there was no phone number or email available, and their chat option just prompted me to pay another $5 to supposedly speak with someone. Seriously?
