I wish I could give a lower rating. They are scammers. After disputing a charge with my bank and getting a new card, I thought I was done. However, they somehow charged me again using a different name! They exploit people in need and should not be allowed to operate.
Please avoid this company at all costs. I asked one question and later realized I had been billed £25 every month for over six months without any notification. This is purely a SCAM. If anyone knows how to report such companies, please do. It’s shameful to take advantage of those seeking help for their pets.
