I used this service in April 2024 and had a good experience. However, I was charged monthly afterward without using it again. I contacted the parent company, who cancelled my other account but not this one. It took over an hour to finally have it closed, highlighting their disorganization. While the concept is good, they seem to be taking advantage of customers.
