Was told my item would be out for delivery between 6:30-8:30 am, heard nothing until 12:30 and Tracking only showed “out for delivery” when I called customer services they told me my item wasn’t even loaded onto the Van as they had no space! Said I would have to rebook a different delivery day and they couldn’t even rebook it for me now as the tracking hasn’t been updated. Second attempt at delivery that I had cancelled plans for and stayed in! Very poor service
