There is no way to unsubscribe, even after following the company’s own instructions. The “Cancel subscription” button simply does not appear. I contacted support and explicitly asked them to unsubscribe me on their end, but they refused to do so.Because I couldn’t cancel, my subscription renewed even though I haven’t used the service for a long time. Support keeps labeling this as a “change of mind” or “accidental purchase,” which is not true — this is a technical/interface issue that prevented cancellation. I even provided screenshots as proof.I am truly disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer support. I will be reporting this matter to consumer protection authorities so others are aware.Highly NOT recommended.
