There is no way to unsubscribe, even after following the company’s own instructions. The “Cancel subscription” button simply does not appear. I contacted support and explicitly asked them to unsubscribe me on their end, but they refused to do so.
Because I couldn’t cancel, my subscription renewed even though I haven’t used the service for a long time. Support keeps labeling this as a “change of mind” or “accidental purchase,” which is not true — this is a technical/interface issue that prevented cancellation. I even provided screenshots as proof.
I am truly disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer support. I will be reporting this matter to consumer protection authorities so others are aware.

Suddenly got notice from PayPal that I had just subscribed, but I don't recall doing so. But at $79.99/yr I thought it was a good deal. But on login I was never recognized and kept getting the ad to subscribe.I've required a refund, but I can see this may have to be disputed through PayPal.
