Great Service way after purchase.I bought a solar and battery system from them two and a half years ago and suddenly yesterday it stopped working. I phoned Clare at Ask Renewables and she was very professional and got their engineer to check my system out remotely. They updated the firmware but still the issue was not resolved. They then contacted the inverter company: LuxPower who again logged in remotely and worked out I had accidently set an incorrect setting... (D'oh!) which they corrected. All back up and running within 24 hours. Can't praise them highly enough. Fantastic company.
