I cannot praise the company enough from the initial enquiry through to the completion of my solar and battery install they have been amazing. The install went smoothly and the guys that fitted everything were polite, knowledgeable and approachable. I had no qualms about asking them anything I wanted to know. After the install Claire has been great, always pleasant and very quick to get back to me with the answers to any of my queries. I would highly recommend this company.
We contacted Ask Renewable Solutions Ltd via Checkatrade as we were having problems with our solar panels. David came to check the system and diagnosed a fault that was reducing the efficiency of the system. After explaining what options we had to correct the problem we then went on to discussing whether we would benefit from fitting a battery to the system. He checked what figures we were producing over a 12 month period and we worked out that we were producing more solar power, especially in the summer months than we were using so a storage battery would work for us. would recommend ASK RENEWABLE SOLUTIONS

ASK is an owner run buisiness with a clear committment to customer satisfaction at every stage. My Midea 290 heat pump was installed quickly at my request as I wished to re-use the gas boiler in my daughters home, hers being on its last legs. Every member of the team worked flexibly, and effectively to deliver the new system. The heat pump itself is wisper-quiet and unobtrusive, delivering on water and domestic heating in cold conditions. This is the best company we have ever employed to do work on our home. From the very first visit to any follow up queries they have always been professional, courteous and friendly. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with them. They completed all the work to a high standard and even went out of their way to way to go to a reclamation yard to ensure a perfect match on a few broken tiles which they replaced. They promised they could deliver the project within 3 days and they did ! Day 1 scaffolding up. Day 2 installation. Day 3 scaffolding down. We would thoroughly recommend them.
My wife & I were blown away by how dynamic & efficient the Ask Team have been from start to finish. Within a week of our initial telephone approach, we had 2 site visits, the calculations on our home were completed & a detailed quote with the specification of our air source heat pump & hot water cylinder were received. Plus, they had initiated our Ofgen grant application. Absolutely incredible service, at a superb price too! All, we would just like to thank you all for such a great service, which you provided during the installation of both our Solar and Thermal Panels as well as the R290 Heat Pump and new hot water tank.Your employees were brilliant, especially Adam the Plumber who spent 4 days at our house ,and his work ethic was brilliant, especially when it came to cleaning up!From Lee's initial contact with us through to Adams Development of the project, and of course, and not least, the professionalism of Claire, the whole process was smooth from start to finish.Any problems were solved with little fuss, and in general the whole experience was very good.But you have successfully tranfered a house built in 1780 from an antiquated hot water/heating system, into an up to date efficient property that is snug and warm with 21 st Technology.It is a credit to you all. What a great company to deal with. From my first phone call with Adam through to the installation of solar panels and battery they are a credit to the industry. No questions were left unanswered and when Adam wasn’t available Claire sorted things. The installation team are a great bunch of lads (easily bribed with coffee) and go above and beyond to ensure everything is done spot on.
