Trim was going to reduce my Xfinity…

Trim was going to reduce my Xfinity monthly payments. I was happy with my Xfinity preferences. After Trim negotiated a $23 monthly discount Xfinity changed my preferences to settings I don't want. I want to change back to what I had.

Easy on our part

Easy on our part. Just had to answer a few questions, Trim did all the work. And it saved us money. They negotiated last year and remembered to do so again this year. I didn't have to do anything or call anyone. Saving over $300 on our Directv bill which is huge since we could never get them to give us a discount.
