Good evening to my fellow readers….Probably the most unprofessional and dishonest money hungry clinic on the planet . So many people warned me … they told me please don’t go to Asli tarcan, check the bad reviews ‘ but I didn’t listen, i thought I will judge myself, maybe they’ve improved - but I was wrong ! I Was very close to booking my place and sending my deposit. But backed out last minute after unearthing some horror stories. The WhatsApp consultants are just salesmen, with absolute no knowledge in the medical field, but will somehow try to convince you what to do and gaslight you, harass you to book, ( so they can collect their commission fee from your deposit ). They do NOT give a monkeys… about you. The whole place is one big marketing campaign. They show you on social media what YOU NEED to see in order to convince you. They hide negative reviews and call every single negative review fake and “not our patient”. ( ok so 100+ 1 star reviews on google and on Trustpilot are ALL fake right ? Every single one ? lol ). The customer service feels very fake and put on, they are super nice until money is in their hands. Then the mood changes. just Take one look at the owner and you’ll get what I mean lol. She waltz in on patients, strokes there head because she knows cameras are on her and then flies of on holiday. They try their absolute hardest to try and sell you the most expensive service, even if you don’t need it. In order to squeeze money from you. If you DARE ask questions, or enquire further they start getting arrogant and annoyed, almost as if to say ‘ just shut up and book your flight and pay us ‘. One of the main reasons I backed out is because I saw numerous videos on YouTube from their past patients, majority of whom said we would never go back. ‘ search I am Rio hair transplant’ on YouTube. He gives a full breakdown of his awful experience, they ended up giving him an infection but kept lying to him and tried to cover it up - and then gave him some injections and he couldn’t even walk after- horrible!. He literally said from A TO Z it was all lies and he was glad to get out of there. That video I watched and along with the awful experience during my consultation process. It was enough to give an instant swerve on this clinic. Frankly Im shocked how they’re even in business. They make up lies in order to convince you to book, following week they’ll change their story … when you confront them they’ll lie Again to cover what they told you. It’s an ABSOLUTE MESS this place. No morals, no ethics, no transparency. Just ‘ hurry up and book ’ attitude. Hopefully my review has helped someone to avoid.it Was a lucky escape for me. Of course they’ll reply with ‘ we can’t find you on our system, not a real review. But the fact is hundreds of bad reviews literally mirror what I just said. So all customers in their eyes are Liars and only Asli tarcan is truthful. lol give me a break. My advice is do your research thoroughly. Your health is your Wealth. Find somewhere where they’re honest, arent money focused. Peace
