I cannot recommend Recep at Asli Tarcan highly enough. He has been phenomenal throughout my entire journey. I’ve now had two hair transplants, along with several stem cell and PRP sessions, and Recep has always been my main point of contact.
What really sets him apart is his consistency and reliability, especially after the procedures. Post operation, whenever I’ve needed reassurance or had a question, he has always answered my phone calls. Not sometimes. Always. That level of accessibility and care makes a huge difference when you’re going through treatments like this.
He’s accommodating, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I’m alright every step of the way. Even after multiple procedures, the standard of care has never dropped.
If you’re considering treatment at Asli Tarcan, having someone like Recep looking after you gives real peace of mind. A genuinely first class experience.
1. Before you come to the clinic they be calling and harassing you for the payment. Once you pay and the procedure is done, they ignore you and never pick up your calls
2. They never respect the number of grafts they should implant on you. Its always lower than its supposed to.
Mustafa and his staff made me feel really comfortable and provided the utmost care, pre and post procedure.

I recommend dealing with them through Ramez; he's exceptional at customer service and providing all the necessary instructions before, during, and after the procedure.
they overharvested my hair in 2024, then lied and said they could fix it. when i went back last month they told me all they could offer was SMP and that “it’ll look great, don’t worry”
they told me my hotel expenses would be covered, but when i showed up i was informed i would have to pay an extra $240 (my light bill money—lights were shutoff when i returned home).
i recently (and very kindly) requested records of my procedures from the past in order to plan for future procedures to fix the job they botched and zero response.

tread very carefully with this clinic. they might mess up your hairline. they might over harvest you. if you’re not careful you won’t even have a place to stay if you don’t plan your trip well.

Many people cautioned me against it, urging me to check the negative reviews, but I chose to form my own opinion. I almost booked my appointment and paid a deposit, but I discovered unsettling stories just in time. The consultants on WhatsApp seem more like salespeople, lacking any real medical knowledge, yet they pressure you to make a decision so they can earn their commission. They truly do not care about your well-being. The entire operation feels like a marketing scheme. They present only the positive aspects on social media, while negative reviews are dismissed as fake, despite the overwhelming number of one-star ratings on various platforms. The customer service appears insincere; they are friendly until they have your money, after which their demeanor shifts. Just observing the owner’s behavior makes this clear. They aggressively try to sell the most expensive treatments, even when unnecessary, just to extract more money from you. If you dare to ask questions or seek more information, they become arrogant and impatient, as if to say, 'Just pay and book your flight.' One major reason I backed out was due to numerous YouTube videos from former patients who vowed never to return. One video in particular, detailing a terrible experience, revealed how they mismanaged a patient’s care, leading to serious complications. This individual expressed relief at escaping their grasp. After watching that video and experiencing the unsettling consultation, I decided to steer clear of this clinic. It’s astonishing that they remain operational, fabricating stories to persuade clients to book, only to change their narrative the following week. When confronted, they simply lie to cover their tracks. This place is a complete disaster with no morals or ethics, just a sense of urgency to book appointments. I hope my review helps someone else avoid this clinic. I feel fortunate to have dodged this situation. They will likely respond by claiming they can’t find me in their system, dismissing my review, but countless negative reviews echo my sentiments. In their eyes, all dissatisfied customers are liars, and only they are telling the truth. Do your research thoroughly; your health is invaluable. Seek out a place that prioritizes honesty over profit. Peace.
Good evening to my fellow readers….Probably the most unprofessional and dishonest money hungry clinic on the planet . So many people warned me … they told me please don’t go to Asli tarcan, check the bad reviews ‘ but I didn’t listen, i thought I will judge myself, maybe they’ve improved - but I was wrong ! I Was very close to booking my place and sending my deposit. But backed out last minute after unearthing some horror stories. The WhatsApp consultants are just salesmen, with absolute no knowledge in the medical field, but will somehow try to convince you what to do and gaslight you, harass you to book, ( so they can collect their commission fee from your deposit ). They do NOT give a monkeys… about you. The whole place is one big marketing campaign. They show you on social media what YOU NEED to see in order to convince you. They hide negative reviews and call every single negative review fake and “not our patient”. ( ok so 100+ 1 star reviews on google and on Trustpilot are ALL fake right ? Every single one ? lol ). The customer service feels very fake and put on, they are super nice until money is in their hands. Then the mood changes. just Take one look at the owner and you’ll get what I mean lol. She waltz in on patients, strokes there head because she knows cameras are on her and then flies of on holiday. They try their absolute hardest to try and sell you the most expensive service, even if you don’t need it. In order to squeeze money from you. If you DARE ask questions, or enquire further they start getting arrogant and annoyed, almost as if to say ‘ just shut up and book your flight and pay us ‘. One of the main reasons I backed out is because I saw numerous videos on YouTube from their past patients, majority of whom said we would never go back. ‘ search I am Rio hair transplant’ on YouTube. He gives a full breakdown of his awful experience, they ended up giving him an infection but kept lying to him and tried to cover it up - and then gave him some injections and he couldn’t even walk after- horrible!. He literally said from A TO Z it was all lies and he was glad to get out of there. That video I watched and along with the awful experience during my consultation process. It was enough to give an instant swerve on this clinic. Frankly Im shocked how they’re even in business. They make up lies in order to convince you to book, following week they’ll change their story … when you confront them they’ll lie Again to cover what they told you. It’s an ABSOLUTE MESS this place. No morals, no ethics, no transparency. Just ‘ hurry up and book ’ attitude. Hopefully my review has helped someone to avoid.it Was a lucky escape for me. Of course they’ll reply with ‘ we can’t find you on our system, not a real review. But the fact is hundreds of bad reviews literally mirror what I just said. So all customers in their eyes are Liars and only Asli tarcan is truthful. lol give me a break. My advice is do your research thoroughly. Your health is your Wealth. Find somewhere where they’re honest, arent money focused. Peace
