This is really disappointing. I’m leaving a low review, but I will update it if customer service gets back to me. I’ve been trying to contact customer service since May 2025. I bought an expensive pair of hiking boots, and within five minutes of wearing them, I noticed a defect. I submitted a detailed email for a return authorization number and filled out the contact form on their site. Although someone eventually replied, after I responded with the necessary information, I have received no further communication for over a week. There’s no U.S. phone number, and no live chat available. This is extremely frustrating. I had high expectations after purchasing my boots while traveling, believing I was investing in quality gear. Now, I regret the purchase entirely. Why is it so hard to get help? Please, respond to me.
