I purchased a pair of Dr. Martens Mary Janes from ASOS, and it has been a nightmare. The product is fundamentally defective and caused me significant physical injury, including a broken toenail and deep open wounds, after just one short wear. While I am in contact with their customer service, I expect ASOS to take full responsibility for hosting such unsafe items on their platform. A simple refund is not enough when a customer suffers medical distress and loss of mobility. I am currently waiting for their "specialist team" to provide a resolution that includes proper compensation for the physical harm caused. Be cautious when buying heavy-duty footwear from here.
