Truly incompetent customer service. I tried asking three separate advisors a straightforward question several times about my return and none of them could answer the question, instead parroting copy-and-paste answer that did not address what I was asking. I don't know if they are unable to read and understand the question, or if they didn't know the answer - I suspect the latter. Absolutely infuriating. Then when I asked to make a complaint, the advisor insisted I should tell him my complaint (about him) and just trust him to pass it on to the complaints team. When I said that I wanted to make a complaint to them directly he said it wasn't possible, and I had to write my complaint about him TO HIM, and then he would pass it on. Horrifically frustrating experience that puts me off using ASOS ever again.
