I ordered the bridal set for my daughter as a present. The first one came with the blush or completely crushed and broken, yep the packaging was in tapped perfectly and it’s in a sealed package that sturdy wasn’t broken. It was packed like that. I emailed and spoke on live chat to someone absolutely useless said I would have to return the whole order and re-order the whole order and send this one back he wouldn’t send out a replacement product, so I’ve already lost money. Then, surprise surprise the next order comes in again the blusher was packed broken. It’s the same with the clothes you have some lovely. So twice consecutively you’ve sent me out two broken products the blusher packaging was sealed and perfectly intact. This was packed this way with the blush it all crushed all over the packaging inside it. How can I give that as a present, base to this day, I can’t just go shopping like normal people . It’s the same with your clothes and shoes,, your sizing isn’t consistent. I’m severely disabled. I don’t go shopping. I have to shop online and because of your sizing and your damaged products. You keep sending out that are packed damaged because this couldn’t have possibly happened in transit because the packaging was intact both times I’m penalised because I have to return products. And as for your Customer Service it is diabolical, your staff need retraining, you need to sort yourselves out . On here average rating is 1.8 stars surely that is telling you something. To send two lots of products are broken damaged yet the actual packaging is sealed and fine. It’s not acceptable. Thank you for ruining my daughter’s birthday and thank you for making my life even harder than it already is.
