I ordered a pair of trainers over a month ago and have heard nothing since. I've tried to follow up on my order but I'm not getting any response. It's impossible to get a refund since there doesn't seem to be an option for orders that aren't sent at all. It feels like they are just taking my money and this seems to happen frequently.
