I returned a £30 dress and although it may not seem like much, it's one of the highest prices on this site for me right now. The tracking shows the parcel was received on the 15th of September, but since then, I've heard nothing. I can't get any email responses as they bounce back due to a full mailbox, and the customer service number says they have no connection to this site. Now I have another item to return, which could mean I've lost £60.00, so CAUTION TO BUYERS!
