Placed my order on the 24th August spent £120 to then not receive my order and the communication from asos CS is absolutely disgusting, same generic email responses no accountability taken or help given to your customers people are right absolute SCAM, I also contacted ASOS main site through chat and again NO HELP WHATSOEVER, I was a loyal customer to asos but not any longer urge anyone who has had the same experience to follow process and follow through with trading standards complaint something needs to be done about ASOSs disgusting behaviour this can’t continue so many bad reviews ad yet they are still getting away with it. DO NOT USE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
