The low prices come at a cost my friends! I haven't received my order that was made on 25th August!! Customer service have been awful and send a generic email about how my items haven't left the warehouse yet, but there's also issues with the delivery tracking?! Make it make sense mate! I've requested a refund so many times and it's the same email they respond with.The many spelling mistakes in the emails make you feel like you're being scammed.... We could very well be being scammed at this point.Judging by the many bad reviews I've seen here on TrustPilot, I'd suggest reporting ASOS Sample Sale to Trading Standards!
