They offered an initial assessment with a lower quote, no strings attached, and promised a same-day repair pending payment approval. I adjusted my part-time work schedule to accommodate the five-hour arrival window (12pm-5pm), booked for Tuesday. However, they didn’t show up. I rescheduled for the same time on Thursday and again, they didn’t come. They mentioned they would escalate it to management and assured someone would arrive between 10am-12pm the next day. So, what happened?
- A) They arrived and fixed the issue, - B) They didn’t show up... Drumroll please... If you guessed B) Congratulations! You’re absolutely correct. As of now, no one has come. Save your time and consider supporting local services instead. EDIT: After waiting, I managed to reach them and discovered they hadn’t actually scheduled or approved any of our appointments. The support agent speculated it was due to the need for approval on free assessments, despite the initial offer coming from them. All the support agents were incredibly helpful, but the job management was lacking.
