We appointed Aspect to deal with the trace, detect and repair of our underground water leak when our insurance company (who have now since admitted that their staff informed us incorrectly) told us we were not insured if therer was no visible water damage and refused to send a contactor to look at the job. Atam and Gupreet attended and were here for best part of a week. Eventually found the leak after much excavation. They kept us informed and worked with us every step of the way to achieve the best result. The insurance company only wanted to give us a quarter of the amount claimed so Atam helped us to submit a complaint and eventually we have been informed that our complaint has been upheld and we are to recieve the full amount claimed plus extra for the inconvenience.
