I received a gift card for my wedding, but I couldn't redeem it due to several issues. The company disables gift card usage during seasonal sales and requires that the item’s price exceeds the gift card's value. I wouldn't recommend sending a gift card from this seller to anyone. Their customer support is also very slow, often taking days to resolve an issue. This situation should be reported to the appropriate authorities.
