Bought a leather phone pouch with strap. After about 4 months the leather started peeling and after 13 months one end of the strap had come unsewn and fallen off. I contacted customer service as as it was ( just) over a year old I will have to pay them to repair it.
Purchased the Midi London Tote. Woven and extremely structured. No problem. However when I received the bag, it absolutely reeks like a skunk or a very strong certain herb. This is due to the apparent treatment they use on the leather. Customer service was terrible. "We're sorry. You can return it." But no information on how to return it, or how to get rid of the horrible smell. I kept the bag. After lengthy searching, baking soda sachets inside the bag, sprinkling baking soda over the leather, and/or wiping the leather with vinegar/water solution should alleviate the stench. NOTE: Poor quality leather that needs treatment usually ends up with this smell. Will never consider their products again.
They say I ordered Small leather mens driving gloves for my son's christmas present, however I know I ordered Xtra Large as he is 1.9 metres tall and has a very large pair of hands. In attempting to return these since in my view, they shipped the wrong size it has been nothing but "how can I frustrate the customer". I highly recommend not using their online service unless you want to be given the run around
Ordered a personalised wallet as a Christmas present. The wallet wasn’t opened until Christmas Day as it was in a presentation box, and unfortunately it had minor damage to the front, which was really disappointing. You would expect a premium brand like Aspinal of London to have very strict quality control, especially considering the price point and reputation.
I requested a return, and while the initial delay over Christmas was understandable, the process after that was not. The wallet was returned at the end of December, but it then took numerous emails and chasers to get any update on progress. The replacement didn’t arrive until the very end of January.
The most disappointing part was the level of customer service — chaser and follow-up emails were repeatedly ignored. Overall, I was completely let down by the service, which is not what you would expect from a premium brand.
I urge you to reconsider your delivery provider. The current service has been quite disappointing. It’s been over two weeks with no parcel or updates on its whereabouts! This was meant to be a birthday gift, which has now come and gone without anything to give my friend. I'm really let down!

The company disables gift card usage during seasonal sales and requires that the item’s price exceeds the gift card's value. I wouldn't recommend sending a gift card from this seller to anyone. Their customer support is also very slow, often taking days to resolve an issue. This situation should be reported to the appropriate authorities.
