On the same day, I successfully used another service without any issues from the same account. However, when I tried to complete the rest of the transfer using this service, the money was not sent as promised. There was no response regarding any difficulties, and when I reached out to the customer support team, my issue remained unresolved. They mentioned that a senior representative would call back in 1-2 hours, but the chat ended abruptly without addressing the problem. I will never use this service again and advise others to avoid it.
