It has been great and have been seeing that the company is growing and doing it best for us to make the transfer easy and quick I just have one complain that the company has increased the transfer fee which I think is bit extra as earlier it was 3 pounds but now it has gone more than 5 pounds

This service is highly unreliable. They will request all your personal information and may keep your money indefinitely. Don't be misled by online ratings! Avoid this service if you value your privacy. I've had much better experiences with other providers. I wish I had checked the reviews before making a transfer. Extremely disappointing.
I used a transfer service and even after 24 hours, the money wasn't deposited. My account is completely clear, all taxes paid, and I chose this service based on a friend's recommendation. On the same day, I successfully used another service without any issues from the same account. However, when I tried to complete the rest of the transfer using this service, the money was not sent as promised. There was no response regarding any difficulties, and when I reached out to the customer support team, my issue remained unresolved. They mentioned that a senior representative would call back in 1-2 hours, but the chat ended abruptly without addressing the problem. I will never use this service again and advise others to avoid it.
I regret my decision to use this service again. I attempted to send a small amount of 20 pounds, but the process took much longer than expected. I gave them another chance, but unfortunately, it was the same unsatisfactory experience.
This is my second review about the same issue. It is now Day 6, and the company is still holding a significant transfer that was deducted from my U.S. account on December 11, 2025. I will keep posting negative reviews each day until this matter is addressed.
