This is the second time I have faced the same issue with Apsora. I saw the poster that said 50 AED guarantee transfer within 3 hours, but after I deposited the money the app showed “your funds will be delivered in 12 hours.”
My funds were blocked again just like before. This is very disappointing because the service promise and the actual processing time are completely different.
Please fix this issue and be transparent with customers about the real transfer time. I hope the support team resolves this quickly.
