I sent money through the Aspora app on 6 March 2026 at 18:03. The amount is still on hold.
Holding funds after a completed transfer is not acceptable. If verification was required, it should have been done before allowing the transaction.
Even after uploading all the requested documents, I was told the verification will take another 24 hours. This delay and poor handling of customer funds is very disappointing.
