I have been a loyal Vance/ Aspora user for years now. But I think they seem to be losing it now. They are trying to deceive the customers now. Firstly, they claim live rates but the rates are way lower than google, I have several instances of screen records to justify this. I sent this screen recording to an employee at Aspora who said, google does not reflect true spot rates….lol and then I also have a screen recording of Remitly rate being higher than what they show on their website, so maybe spot rates are different for them and Remitly?
Also now they claim that the transfers can take 5 days? Seriously, are we living in 1980s!
