I want to share my experience with their support service. The initial email response was quick and informative, but the conversation ended with instructions to send my board for RMA. They didn't provide a shipping label, so I had to cover the delivery costs myself. After sending it, they received it but I haven't heard anything back weeks later. This lengthy wait is unacceptable, leaving me without a PC and my other components unused.
