I bought a motherboard and Wi-Fi chip but realized the necessary mounting apparatus for the chip was missing. I called support for installation help, but the representative provided incorrect information and rushed the conversation. After following their advice and reinstalling Windows, I faced activation issues. When I called again, they denied any record of my previous inquiries. This has been my worst experience with a tech company, and I feel completely unsupported.
