I purchased a graphics card and noticed an unusual electric sound, which worsened over time. Eventually, I realized the fan was defective. Upon contacting support, they insisted on sending the card back for repairs instead of just replacing the fan. They also wanted me to cover shipping costs, which is unacceptable under warranty. I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend this brand.
