I first got in touch with Asrock tech support a few years ago. I have been fortunate to speak to Peter Fest (tech support) every time and at times asking for him. He is honest very resourceful and extemely helpful. He has no intentions of just selling on behalf of Asrock but genuinely interested in helping regarding any hardware or software issues. I have tried using other makes of PC parts but never had the satisfaction like Asrock specially with Peter. Emails sent to him are promptly replied to with a genuine solution. I sincerely hope he remains as tech support with Asrock and serve us all as he has always done.
