This continues to get worse…Assault sold me a product that ended up having a 4 month lead time, after saying it’s a one-month lead time at the point of sale. I have since sent 27 emails, spoken with 2 people…and now you’re telling you I need to dispute things with MY credit card company, and that the company is delayed in issuing refunds? I’m just amazed Assault is in business after conducting business this way, which I think is pretty suspicious from a revenue accounting perspective.
