I preordered AssaultRunner Elite in February for a early April delivery date. I never received any updated delivery status from Assault Fitness until I reached out. They told me that I would receive shipping info by April 14. I reached out again a week prior to the date to ask about the info, and they said it would ship on April 14. April 14 came and went, no notice that it shipped. I reached back out and asked them what was going on. They told me they changed the info on their website to say that it wouldn't ship until June. By the way, this is after they took my $4k... No communication, no product delivered, no way in hell I'm dealing with this unreliable company. Cancelled my order. I don't believe they even have the product they're selling in stock at all. Don't shop at this business, there are plenty of other high quality manual treadmills from reputable companies that actually care about their customers.
