I ordered a deal they were running, and I'm 100% it went through on my end. For some reason, it didn't go through on their end.. which I can live with, things happen in Ecommerce.the instagram customer support gave me a specific extension to call, and I called and left voicemails for two weeks without a response. I messaged the instagram help again and told them.. they got me information and said someone would reach out to me, they did not. Tried a new number I googled and they got back to me, not only was the offer not honored, I strongly hinted that I was willing to at least take a lesser offer to right the ship and nothing and this is with me wanting to give them money.. I wonder how they act when they already have your money.
