Regrettably, my parcel did not arrive before Christmas. It was a ceramic coffee filter jug intended as a gift. I wish I had seen an earlier review from December 2 before ordering. I faced a similar issue with the delivery service, which provided no tracking information, and my consignment was lost. Additionally, the company ran out of stock. This experience was quite disappointing. On a positive note, I did receive a refund from the company.
