Unfortunately, my parcel did not arrive before Christmas. It was a ceramic coffee filter jug intended as a gift. I regret not reading an earlier review from December 2 before placing my order. I encountered a similar issue with the delivery service, as there was no tracking information available, and my consignment was missing. Then, the company ran out of stock. This was quite disappointing. On a brighter note, I did receive a refund from the company.

The coffee is impressive, but the delivery service leaves much to be desired. As a long-time customer, I appreciate the fresh roasting of the coffee. The tracking showed no updates, and the local depot was unaware of its status. The support team has not provided timely responses, leaving me in the dark. It's tough to write an unbiased review, but this experience has wasted a lot of my time.
The coffee is decent, but the company's policy on lost parcels is quite disappointing. I ordered coffee and a brewer to collect from a pickup point. Due to personal circumstances, I couldn't collect it within 10 days. After a frustrating back-and-forth with customer support, it turns out the delivery service lost the parcel when returning it, and they refused to replace the costly brewer. While they did replace the coffee, I have no means to brew it. Customer support was polite, but I felt let down as they suggested I contact the delivery service, even though I have no contract with them.
My wife ordered a selection pack for me for Father’s Day with express delivery, but the coffee never arrived. The company attributed this to courier issues. They sent another package that also failed to arrive. A third attempt was made with a promise of extras for the inconvenience, but nothing extra was included. When my wife reached out via email, she received no response. While the courier issues aren't directly their fault, they should have ensured successful delivery and honored their promises.
I'm a long-time subscriber to the house espresso and have never been disappointed. It's easy to dial in on my espresso machine, tastes great on its own, and works well with milk. The online ordering process is quick, and the coffee ships promptly. Customer service is also excellent; they've always responded swiftly and helped me with any order adjustments.
